Order Processing Time
All orders for sealed products are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Live Break / Rip & Ship Orders: If your order includes a live break item, it will be opened during our next scheduled stream. After the stream concludes, your cards will be securely packaged and processed for shipping within 1 to 2 business days.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer secure UK-wide shipping, primarily via Royal Mail. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Tracked Delivery: £3.50 (Estimated 2-3 Business Days)
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all UK orders totalling £50 or more.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom. If you require international shipping, please reach out to us in the Discord prior to placing an order to arrange custom postage.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
