Sealed Products (14-Day Return Policy)
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for standard sealed products within 14 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and perfectly factory sealed in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us via Discord or email. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Live Breaks / Rip & Ship Exceptions
Due to the nature of Trading Card Games and collectible items, all sales for "Live Break" or "Rip and Ship" items are strictly final once the factory seal is broken.
By purchasing a Live Break item, you explicitly agree that the item will be opened live on stream on your behalf. Once the pack, box, or case has been opened on camera, your right to cancel or return the item is immediately waived. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "bad pulls" or buyer's remorse regarding the contents of the opened packs.
Single Cards & Graded Slabs
All single cards and graded slabs are sold as seen. High-resolution images or live showcases are provided for these items. Single cards are strictly non-returnable unless they arrive damaged during transit. In the event of transit damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
